Well, we are off to Atlanta. From the luggage estimation, it looks like we'll be there for at least 6 months:)). I forgot how much you need to pack for a baby! We should be there this evening around 7. We appreciate your continued prayers. God bless.
Courtney & Lee,
ReplyDeleteWe prayed for y'all last night at Mass. I offered my Communion for the birth mother/baby, asking Our Lord for a safe, healthy delivery & for all involved. This morning, I heard Father Mark on EWTN talking about St. Bonaventure's birth & thought of "your little guy's" birth into the world:
St. Bonaventure, Bishop and Doctor of the Church (Feast day-July 15)
St. Bonaventure, known as "the seraphic doctor," was born at Bagnorea in Tuscany, in 1221. He received the name of Bonaventure in consequence of an exclamation of St. Francis of Assisi, when, in response to the pleading of the child's mother, the saint prayed for John's recovery from a dangerous illness, and, foreseeing the future greatness of the little John, cried out "O Buona ventura"-O good fortune!
God bless,
MJ
