Still waiting.....
We spoke to the case worker this evening. She spoke to Amber, the birthmother. Amber had some contractions this morning, but that is it:(( The kids ask everytime the phone rings if it "is her"! We have our bags packed and are ready to leave at a moment's notice. We'll keep you updated! Hopefully next time we can update from the road!

ReplyDeleteOh how I remember that wait. Ugh. If you remember correctly our birthmother was convinced that she was going to have Jackson much earlier than her scheduled c-section. In fact, she had about 4 weeks of contractions and complications. During that month, we spent two days each week in the OB's office. Each time we were sure they would do her c-section. Nope! When did she deliver our beautiful baby boy? On the scheduled date. LOL!
I'm so excited for you!!! I can't wait to hear that you are on your way. I'm a little worried that since it is a boy, he might get teased when you name him Jill, but I guess he will adjust at some point :-) Tell Jude and Anna I said Hi!!
